Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in their continued growth and success. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Identifying and nurturing new client relationships in the East and West Midlands area.
* Developing and maintaining strong networks in the construction and renovation industries.
* Creating and implementing strategic business development plans to generate new opportunities.
* Promoting our services, showcasing our commitment to quality, and building trust with potential clients.
* Collaborating with the operations team to ensure that projects are executed seamlessly.
* Providing clients with detailed prework assessments and tailored solutions.
* Ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction through our comprehensive aftercare services.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
* Proven experience in a flooring, plastering, or dry lining company.
* Strong understanding of the construction industry in the East and West Midlands.
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role ranges from £35,000 to £45,000 per annum, dependent on the candidate's experience and qualifications. Additionally, we are open to negotiating a package for the right candidate.
