Administration Assistant - Part timeAbout the role
This role reports to the Office Manager/Project Officer.
As an experienced Administrator, you will work closely with the Office Manager & Project Officer and the team to support the administration across the different departments of the business. This is a varied and key role in helping to support the different departments across the business with existing processes and implementing new processes where required.
Key Responsibilities
· Sample/influencer shipping of products nationally and internationally
· Review and manage the stock holding for PPE and Ad hoc items (signs, equipment, H+S & QA products)
· Raise POs for the above - updating prices and quantities accordingly.
· Receipt in all PPE and other items required for Operations.
· Manage all PPE stock requests - we pick the items and distribute to the relevant person/team. Ensuring PPE issue receipts are signed and scanned.
· All delivery notes and invoices are scanned onto the system.
· Overseeing the diary management of meeting rooms.
· Help support the Office Administrator organising Hampers for Charities and customers.
· Supporting the QSE Manager for setting up and maintaining SOP's and documentation in SharePoint and any other admin duties as and when required.
· Support the Operations and Finance department for various admin tasks as and when required to include but limited to, filing, scanning, typing self-compilated letters on behalf of Management.
· Support the Office Manager & Project Officer
· Carry out stock takes for stationary, salt cupboard, cleaning products across multiple locations and order as appropriate.
· Scan and save Visitor forms.
· Help cover tasks in Office Administrator absence.
· Any other ad hoc duties as and when required.
· Be able to provide cover for the Office Administrator when on annual leave or absent

· Good MS Office Skills
· Good administrative and organizational skills

· Ability to demonstrate common sense and sound judgement.
· Effective Communication skills, written, verbal and listening.

· Ability to work independently, use own initiative, prioritise workload and multitask to meet deadlines.
· Good problem-solving skills.
Highly Desirable
· Previous knowledge in manufacturing
· Previous administration experience
· Previous experience with Sage
· Previous SharePoint experience

Qualifications
· 2 GCSE's A-C (9-5) in English & Math's is essential
