The Head of Compliance and Risks must be comfortable with being outcome driven, results focused and client-led.
Your new role (Head of Compliance & Risks)
The key responsibilities of this role are to:
* Review and understand all regulatory changes
* Evaluate the operational impact and work with these teams to help mitigate and manage all required changes in a timely manner
* Quantify the associated risks
* Develop policies and procedures
* Conduct internal audits and drive the continuous improvement strategy

Reporting directly to the Transformation Director the Head of Compliance and Risks will be able to learn from somebody who is truly passionate about the energy industry. They are kind, caring, empathetic and more than willing to be constructively challenged, highlighting the culture of leaving egos at the door and being obsessed about over delivering for their clients.
Benefits
* Base salary: £55k to £80k
* Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays
* WFH: ~2 days per week

The Interview Process
* 60 minute TEAMS meeting with the Transformation Director + one other
* 60 minute face to face meeting with the Transformation Director + CEO
