Position Overview: As a Marketing Manager at PSA, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, attract new Clients, and support business growth. You will work in collaboration with our team of experts in building services and engineering to position our services as leaders in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and Client needs.
Analyse data to identify opportunities for growth and market positioning
Content Creation and Management:
Create engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, and marketing material.
Maintain and update marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Digital Marketing:
Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
Optimize website content for SEO and user experience.
Branding and Identity:
Assist in developing and maintaining the company's brand identity and visual standards.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
Event Management:
Plan and execute industry events, conferences, and webinars to showcase our expertise and connect with potential clients.
Coordinate logistics, invitations, and follow-up activities.
Lead Generation:
Develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
Collaborate with the Engineers to nurture leads and track conversion rates.
Reviewing procurement portals/sites for opportunities
Assist with assembling submissions for projects, including compiling Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) and tender documentation.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor the performance of marketing efforts using analytics tools.
Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, however not essential
Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the construction, engineering, or building services industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, content marketing, and social media.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., LinkedIn, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite).
Creative and strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
