Job summary

We are delighted to be working with a multi-award-winning relocation and storage company based in NW London. They carry out over 1000 London domestic and commercial moves a year, from 1 bed flats to mansions. This also extends to complex business relocations and business storage services school removals and office removals and shipping.

They are now seeking a Move Manager to join their expanding and friendly team. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to build relationships and deliver excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders, and act as an ambassador for the company.

As the Move Manager, you will require excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads with good attention to detail. A proactive and self-motivated individual with the ability to identify opportunities to upsell services. Good communication and IT skills are essential.

This is a full-time, office-based position, Monday Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide written quotations to clients.

* Manage clients through the moving process to completion. This includes booking logistical requirements with the Operations Team, providing crew notes ahead of the move, preparing and executing both written and verbal communication to both client and internal team.

* Booking of third-party services required for the move.

* Invoicing clients for services provided and monitoring feedback.

* Manage clients on-going move requirements including repeat business, storage requirements general questions.

* Follow company guidelines and processes utilising in house data base system Moveware.

* Maintain and manage storage files including associated administration.

Other responsibilities:

* Responding to incoming queries.

* Managing moves from store including producing final statement of accounts and obtaining payment.

* Managing customer complaints.

* Support Sales team with appointment making where required.

* Work closely with the Sales team/Surveyors providing support with following up quotations.
