Salary: £50,000.00 - £60,000 + excellent performance bonus

My client is passionate about Energy Efficiency and are an accredited ECO Installation company working across the UK to provide the highest quality service, keeping residential customers energy efficient, while reducing carbon emissions through funding streams. Due to their success they are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead, motivate and develop the operations team to continuously improve and increase their capabilities and deliver customer excellence and quality through process improvement. Core Responsibilities:

Take the lead in people management, individual and team development plans.
Ensure HR practices are maintained to the highest standards.
Implement, report, and improve on key business metrics.
Ensure customer service standards are understood and observed by the teams.
Drive performance improvements and agreed Ways of Working, with monitoring and support.
Ensure the team maintain correct internal records in line with strict quality standards.
Deputise for the Head of Operations as neededSkills required

Experience in Energy, Utilities or Property management
Performance management with a continuous improvement mindset
People/HR skills targeted development and performance management
Performance management: 2 years
Meeting Deadlines: 2 years
Team management: 2 years
