Job summary
P+S Personnel are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our clients who are currently seeking an Administrator to join their team based in Great Yarmouth on a part time, long-term temporary basis.Roles and Responsibilities:
* Ensuring all incoming external and internal calls are dealt with in an efficient, professional and timely manner.
* Greeting visitors and contractors on arrival and dealing with other enquiries at reception.
* Processing personnel documents such as Annual Leave Request Forms and logging these on our inhouse system, ensuring a high level of accuracy.
* Completing and processing purchase orders as required and actioning order requests on IFS.
* Preparing accurate paperwork and dispatch of finished goods, bulks, contact plates and other samples to external laboratories.
* Supporting other departments on site in a variety of clerical and administrative tasks within a timely manner, to aid in the smooth running of the site.
Working Hours:
* Monday Thursday 08:00 16:30
* Friday 08:00 15:30
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate good communication and organisational skills, have a good standard of personal presentation, be able to work independently and can prioritise their own workload. In addition, it is desirable that the candidate has an intermediate level of skill in both Word & Excel.
