The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the companies and personal property portfolio, ensuring the highest levels of customer service and efficiency.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of three years experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully managing a property portfolio. Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as a comprehensive understanding of relevant industry regulations and protocols.
The successful individual will be responsible for the following:
Managing daily operations of the companys properties, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance
Move-in and move-out appointments
Overseeing any necessary maintenance or repairs that may be required
Liaising with external contractors and suppliers
Administration and documentation
Tenant relations, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and other relevant parties and conflict resolutions
Leasing and compliance
Budgeting and Financial Management
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
Previous lettings/property management experience is essential, ideally in commercial property
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Excellent IT knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of property management software is a plus
Strong attention to detail and customer-focused approach
Ability to work independently, as this role primarily involves solo work
Strong budgeting and financial management skills
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Highly motivated and proactive
Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and protocols
Ability to multitask
