ABOUT YOU
This role would best suit a commercial/trading-led Buyer or Category Manager. There is an element of product development in the role but it would be unfair to say theres loads of NPD its beautiful product but theres more of a focus on range building from suppliers existing ranges. So this would be a good fit for a Buyer whos trend-aware, but not too fussed on product development.
The company is open to Buyers / Category Managers with experience in any non-food category. Your experience could come from Garden, SDA, Heating and Cooling, Fashion, Lighting, DIY, Kitchen, Furniture, Decorative Accessories, Seasonal, Leisure, Sport, Craft, Toy, General Merchandise, or any other non-food categories.
THE REWARD
This is an opportunity to join a smaller, non-corporate team and work with a fabulous Head of Buying who has your career development in mind - you will have true autonomy over your range, the freedom to take risks, and the opportunity to grow a team under you in the future. Hybrid working available 3 days a week in office and 2 days home.
