Job Title: Regional Director - Facilities ManagementLocation: North of England
Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum
An outstanding opportunity is available for an experienced Regional Director in Facilities Management a very successful, mult £bn UK Managing Agent. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of facilities management within a commercial portfolio in the north of England, while managing client relationships and leading a team for efficient site management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate planned works, Long Term Asset Replacement Plans, permit-to-work systems, and monitor PPMs to ensure proactive building management in compliance with CDM Regulations.
* Work with Client Leads to understand and align with client objectives, developing strategies for each building and supporting pitches for expanded or new work.
* Effectively coordinate and manage full evacuations of buildings or sites, adhering to evacuation procedures.
* Monitor statutory and internal compliance, ensuring alignment with policies, procedures, RICS, and ISO standards.
* Manage contractor and supplier performance, ensuring best value and efficiency, and support procurement with tender programs and reviews.
* Ensure emergency preparedness and site security plans are in place, including scenario testing and support for emergency responses.
* Lead in the management of FM Fee Income in partnership with Client Leads.
* Manage a team aligned with Values, handling onboarding, offboarding, and TUPE Processes.
* Engage with occupiers, implementing Customer Experience frameworks to enhance satisfaction and retention.
* Prepare and analyze service charge budgets, ensuring compliance with RICS guidance.
* Manage all allocated sites, regularly inspecting and reporting on property conditions, standards, and occupier compliance.
* Develop and implement sustainability action plans, monitoring resource consumption and reducing carbon emissions and waste.
* Implement data collation services, technology, and equipment to support each site.
* Authorize and review supplier payments, submitting funding requests to clients.
* Provide Facilities Management leadership for properties and portfolios, aligning with asset management strategies and client objectives.
Skills and Qualifications:
* 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Managing agent background
* Health and Safety qualifications.
* IWFM Membership.
* RICS (Facilities Management) or working towards it desirable.
