Job summary
Personnel Selection are pleased to be working alongside this fantastoc global business, who are currently recruiting for a Inside Sales Executive - Eastern Europe (12 month Maternity Cover), on a full time basis.The hours for this role are 9am to 5pm Mon to Fri and this role can be worked remotely within the UK. There is very occasionally a need to travel for conferences/meetings UK and OUK.
On top of the salary, there will be a retention bonus of £5000 paid upon succesful completion of this contract.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Degree educated candidate, with a background in achieving financial targets by developing and maintaining sales of products in Eastern Europe. If you have skills / knowledge of the library market then that would be hugely desirable! You will be working for an award winning, market leading organisation.
Essential Role Requirements:
Experience/Achievements
Three years inside sales experience consistently hitting plan
Skills/knowledge
A customer-focused attitude with a consultative approach to selling
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships between key stakeholders such as academics and librarians
The ability to communicate with all levels of personnel both internally and externally
Flexibility to adapt sales approach to suit the customer and product
Strong organisational skills with an enthusiastic and self-motivated approach
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to absorb and maintain extensive product knowledge
Proficient MS Office skills
Fluency in English
Qualifications
Educated to degree level
Full driving licence
Duties would include:
Create and implement sales strategies and tactics for the territory.
Plan and attend customer meetings both on site and via Zoom, prioritise opportunities and efficiently follow through all stages of the sales cycle to conclusion.
Maximize sales through identifying customers' needs, matching products to those needs, preparing and delivering sales presentations, writing proposals and closing sales
Maximise sales through extensive faculty research and regular meetings with academics
Represent the division at key industry events such as conferences, exhibitions and trade shows
Cultivate and maintain extensive product knowledge of a large and growing product list
Provide detailed sales reports and maintain customer and sales information via CRM systems
