The Role:
My client are looking to recruit someone to deal with commercial property sales and letting agency. The role will require the successful candidate to undertake all activities involved with the sale and rental of commercial property including meeting potential vendors and liaising with landlords, creating particulars and listing properties, conducting viewings and undertaking property negotiations.
In this role, day to day you can expect to:
* Source and meet with prospective agency and management clients
* Carry out appraisals for both agency and management
* Market and promote properties via appropriate channels
* Extract offers and liaise between vendors/landlords/buyers/renters, negotiating in the best interests of our clients
* Prepare head of terms
* Monitor and progress sales/lettings to ensure they proceed to completion/let, liaising with all relevant parties including solicitors, and other agents involved
This role will be based out of their Rugby office but cover a wide geographical area where you will work part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the department.
Their existing team of Partners and qualified surveyors will offer full support where needed but candidates will be expected to work using their initiative both on their own and as part of a team.

Your Skills & Qualifications:
* RICS Qualified (preferred, but not essential)
* Commercial awareness with the ability to achieve targets
* Have a good knowledge of the Midlands area and geographical trends
* Proven negotiation and persuasive skills to win clients and achieve success in deals
* Experience of day-to-day management of agency and management clients
* Strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
* Accurate, organised, numerate and technology savvy
* Problem solving skills
* Team player with the ability to work under pressure
* Strong attention to detail
* "Can-do" attitude and ability to use initiative
* Full, clean UK driving licence with access to own vehicle
