Job summary
Our client are a multi-award winning marketing consultancy supporting some of biggest brands within the Technology sector with their go-to-market messaging, digital marketing campaigns and lead generation.Due to continued growth they are looking for a Operational Administrator to join their busy Client Services team.
Working in central Reading in a close team of 20 on a hybrid basis - 3 days in the office and 2 days from home - offices are a 10 minute walk from Reading train station and close to Reading's shopping centre.
Would suit anyone interested in marketing and technology with excellent communication skills and PC skills, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and would offer development to either a Senior Administration role or to step up into an Account Management opportunity
The Role
The Client Services team is at the heart of the business, delivering products and solutions to our clients in an effort to grow their businesses.
As Client Services Administrator, you will support the Client Services team by using a broad range of transferrable skills to support the team with a wide variety of tasks on a day-to-day basis. You will provide essential support in core campaign delivery across a number of clients, the implementation of client services fundamentals and will help manage and administer systems to inform internal audiences and clients.
Project Administration
· Including document creation and templates, Statement of Work updates and this can be across 5/6 projects so the ability to multi-task and be organised is important here
Supporting Campaign Delivery
· Liaising with Account Managers and Account Directors to ensure all administrative tasks are up-to-date and on point
· Coordinate internally and externally to pre-book tasks and meetings, also attending meetings and taking notes

3. Reporting
Prepare internal reports, as required, with the guidance of Account Manager and Account Directors
Skills and Experience
· Relevant education or work experience in advertising, marketing, media or business management are advantageous.
· Excellent verbal and written communications
· Happy to work in a client facing environment - internal Teams and Zooms meetings
· Highly organised multi-tasker
· Excellent attention for detail
· Fast-learner, resourceful and proactive approach
· Capable to work independently
