Established in 2008, Lakeland Verandahs are an established and growing, market leading installer of quality, recyclable UPVC decking, fencing and balustrades, offering the perfect combination of quality, selection, style and value.
We are currently recruiting for a field based Key Account Manager, to look after and grow our caravan/lodge park accounts in theNorthwest and North Wales. You will inherit existing accounts and will be targeted to grow this year on year.
As well as growing these accounts you will be targeted to bring on new business.
What youll be doing:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
* Expand on current customer base by bringing on new parks
* Identify new business opportunities by building and maintaining relationships with customers
* Report on activity and sales performance providing regular updates to senior management.
* Achieve set KPIs
* Conduct surveys in line with tailored customer requirements, paying attention to any obstacles that may need to be considered for a smooth installation.
* Deal with any customer queries
* Follow up leads within 24 hours of being passed
* Discuss payment and finance terms with customers and record correct details for invoicing purposes
* Update sites and customers on installation dates and any delays in this, liaising with the Installation Manager about current schedule and any amendments needed for groundwork or site delays
* Manage your own diary
* Keep our CRM up to date and accurate
What you will need:
* At least five years account management and new business sales preferably, but not necessarily, in home/garden improvement
* A proven and stable career history not looking for job hoppers!
* Target Driven - essential
* Driven, passionate and motivated sales person, with a proven track record of success and ability to deliver targeted results
* Willingness to keep up to date with knowledge regarding trends, product and design features
* To ensure the service offered is second to none
* Excellent communication and rapport-building skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a consultative way
* Numeric and be able to measure up jobs
* Ability to manage customer expectations and maintain the highest levels of customer service
* Willingness to develop yourself and learn new sales techniques
