We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our leading client who specialise in maintenance support.
Key Duties:
Responsible for the performance and renewal of maintenance contracts with customers
Scheduling engineer's diaries
Ensuring all reports are completed by engineers, copied to customers, and correctly filed
Providing quotations for repair work based on engineer's visits and chasing customers for purchase orders
Ordering and monitoring spare parts as required, including warranty spares
Providing monthly statistics for management meetings
Assisting with the logistics and general administration of the companyExperience required:
Excellent customer service, organisational & problem solving skills
Previous administration experience
Understanding of a service environment
Experience working within logistics
