Company Overview: We are a company dedicated to continuously improving our claims handling processes and customer experience. As an MOJ Auditor, you will play a vital role in auditing randomly selected claims to ensure thoroughness and appropriate handling. Your feedback will directly impact the agent, Head of Claims, Business Improvement Team, and Senior Management Team. We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team.
Role Description: As an MOJ Auditor, you will review claims, including associated call recordings and portal messages, to assess and score the claims handling and customer journey. You will propose design improvements and collaborate with various teams to implement these improvements. Additionally, you will develop reporting formats to be shared with external parties and highlight training needs from audited cases. The role involves managing Claims Journey Audits monthly, providing immediate feedback to the Senior Management Team, and reporting the full results at the end of each month.
Key Responsibilities:
Review claims and associated call recordings and portal messages to assess claims handling and customer journey.
Propose design improvements and work with internal teams to implement them.
Develop reporting formats for sharing with external parties.
Clearly highlight training needs identified during audits.
Develop summary management information (MI) reports in collaboration with the MI Manager to report monthly on audit findings.
Review and develop The company 's audit capability across all Motor claim perils, home emergency, legal, and motor claims.
Manage Claims Journey Audits monthly, providing immediate feedback to the Senior Management Team on issues as they arise and reporting full results at month-end.
Contribute to the overall development of the business in collaboration with the Head of Claims and the Senior Management Team, including meeting existing and potential clients.
Undertake any individual or team tasks or activities reasonably requested in line with the company values.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Skills:

Experience/Knowledge:
5-10 years of experience in insurance claims handling or claims supervisory roles.
Knowledge of Motor policy structure, covers, and limits/excesses.
Qualifications:
Good standard of secondary education or equivalent knowledge and experience.
