As a Resi-Comm Supervisor your daily duties will be:
* Undertaking initial site inspection and reporting the findings
* Liaising with customers/loss adjusters/builders/insurance companies/policyholders as required.
* Carrying out the scope of works
* Responsible for the completion of Method Statements, Risk Assessment, Asbestos and Construction Phase Plan (CPP) in relation to the project.
* Implementation of suitable drying techniques.
* Undertaking moisture surveys during the drying process
* Ensuring the instructing principal is regularly updated
* Responsible for the day-to-day contact with the customer
* Liaising with the claims handler to keep them up to date on all aspects of the project.
* Maintaining a flexible approach to the role, including participation in the call out rota and some anti-social working hours (including weekends).
* Adherence to the Company Management Procedures, Quality and Health & Safety Policies always.
* Ensuring the van is equipped, clean and serviced
* Ensuring you and others are fully trained on health and safety
* Maintaining a visit log
