Job summary
Hunter AHP Resourcing have a locum opportunity for a GPHC registered pharmacist to join an NHS hospital service, local to Redditch, West Midlands.The clinical duties involved will be dispensary/rotational wards based. The team are happy to train newly registered and community pharmacists for this post, starting in the dispensary checking, before moving into a wards-based position once trained within the new environment.
For Pharmacists with prior wards experience, this position will be fully wards based. Wards include cardio, surgery, respiratory, admissions, ITU.
This locum role is due to start immediately, with a working pattern of Monday Friday, 5 days per week, 9am 5pm with 30 minutes for lunch.
The contract lengths of this role will be for at least 6 months, with a high likelihood for this to extend. There may possibly be the option to take on a permanent position at the end of the contract here for the right applicant.
The service is based local to Birmingham and near to Redditch, however, is easily accessible from other areas in the West Midlands, such as Coventry and Warwick.
- £25-36 per hour (depending on banding and experience)
