We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our warehouse team as a E-Commerce Operations Assistant. If you are fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese and have a passion for maintaining stock integrity, we want to hear from you!
You will be a key player in managing various aspects of our E-commerce operations, including inventory and expiry date tracking, order picking and packing, and communication with our team in China.
The Candidate
Fluent in both Mandarin or Cantonese.
Previous experience in warehouse operations or coordinator position
E-commerce operations experience is highly advantageous
Retail & distribution experience is advantageous
Familiarity with inventory management systems and order processing
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring product availability and stock levels.
Coordinate with the team to track product expiry dates and manage restocking processes.
Efficiently pick and pack orders for timely dispatch.
Collaborate with the E-commerce team to optimize online store functionality.
Assist in the implementation of strategies to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Work closely with the China team to coordinate E-commerce activities.
Facilitate communication between the Sheffield office and our team in China.
Provide support in translating and interpreting as needed.
