Role
As a time-served and experienced HR professional (either HR Manager, HR Business Partner, HR Specialist or similar), you'll ensure our client treats employees in a fair, safe, legal and consistent manner, and is compliant with current UK legislation at all times. Your key responsibilities will span
* Recruitment & selection.
* Performance management.
* Learning & development.
* Succession planning.
* Compensation and benefits.
* Human Resources Information Systems.
* HR data and analytics.
Working in close partnership with the Directors, Senior Management Team and Line Managers, you'll develop and implement the Group's HR Strategy. You'll be responsible for all aspects of HR, such as recruitment and inductions, training and development, grievance and disciplinary processes, development and administration of employee benefits, payroll, attendance and appraisals.
Candidate Requirements
5+ years experience in a fast-moving Senior HR role dealing with
* Recruitment & selection.
* Performance management.
* Learning & development.
* Succession planning.
* Compensation and benefits.
* Human Resources Information Systems.
* HR data and analytics.
Extensive stakeholder management experience and a desire to work for a dynamic and forward-thinking company.
