Our client is looking for somebody with proven project management experience and an exceptional understanding of business analysis and change management for this role. This is a permanent opportunity and offers hybrid working with a minimum of two days per week required working from offices based in Devon.Your main responsibility as Digital Projects Manager will be to manage the delivery of a range of large-scale digital IT projects using a mixture of in-house BAU and consultancy resource. You will have a heavy involvement in business analysis of projects defining existing and future state requirements through workshops and other methods, translating requirements into technical specifications, and providing thorough documentation of processes and systems. You will also be responsible for budgets and change management, suppliers & internal stakeholders, coaching and documentation.
Essential experience:
* Commercial experience working as a Project Manager or Senior Business Analyst on large-scale, complex IT projects involving multiple business departments
* Managing internal BAU resource for projects
* Project managing design and implementation of customer-focussed digital projects
* Change management
* Budget management
* Documentation management
* Working to structured project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Lean, Scrum etc
