Job summary
We are actively working with a specialist Electrical Vehicle developer who have developed specialist conversion kits that enable large fleet owners to convert their combustion engine vehicle fleets to fully electric, saving a huge amount both financially and environmentally .As part of their expansion, they are looking to recruit a Compliance & Risk Manager for Training. This role is crucial in ensuring that their training programs meet industry regulations, whilst also assessing and mitigating risks associated with training and development.
The role is hybrid, requiring the person to work from home and their , soon to be opened, facility likely to be in Oxfordshire or West Midlands.
As a Compliance and Risk Manager within the broader Learning & Development team your duties will include , but not be limited to, the following:
Compliance Oversight:
Ensure all training materials and courses comply with industry standards and regulations .
Risk Assessment:
Identify and evaluate risks associated with training programmes.
Policy Development:
Create and update compliance policies and procedures for training.
Audit and Reporting:
Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance and prepare reports for management .
Training:
Train staff on compliance requirements and risk management strategies.
Regulatory Updates:
Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations that impact training.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the LMS Administrator and other departments to ensure aligned objectives.
Issue Resolution:
Investigate and resolve compliance and risk-related issues as they arise.
The successful candidates will have worked within the Automotive sector and will have experience of ensuring that training programs ( & their associated materials) are compliant with industry standards & regulations. They would also consider candidates with a Compliance & Risk Management background in relation to business systems & processes.
Successful candidates will receive a basic salary of £55K-£75K (DOE) + benefits package, ongoing training & development & long-term career prospects within a fast-growing organisation
