Gleeson Recruitment Group are pleased to be working with a business that is all about building and growing beauty brands to recruit for a creative, confident and ambitious Social Media LeadThis has to be one of my favourite roles/brands to recruit for! This is going to be a fun and creative role where you will have the autonomy to make your mark on social media strategies for multiple, international beauty brands.

Contract: Full time, Permanent, Hybrid (2 days a week in office)
Start date: November 2023 - Jan 2024
The role:
To lead on the strategy and delivery of multiple beauty brands social media channels including Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
You will work across organic and paid social for key brands to engage and grow social media followings. You will work as part of a fun and vibrant team and support the Digital and Ecommerce Manager to delivery brand objectives.
Key requirements:
Develop and lead the end to end journey of both Paid and Organic social media strategy, across multiple brands
Work in line with brand guidelines and brand tone to develop specific campaigns for each brand
Raise engagement and profile of each brand through trade and consumer online channels
Work with the content team to drive strong metrics from planned and reactive content
Be creative and on trend with campaigns through consistent market research and competitor analysis that will identify new opportunities to develop the brands
Monitor performance of all content/channel
Manage all brands social media calendars in line with market trends, seasonal campaigns and business objectives
Focus on maximising ROI, drive engagement and grow followers
Work in partnership with the Content Creator to generate social media content
Work in partnership with the Content Creator and Design team to develop and generate artwork and more to social media content
Work with Brand team and PR agencies in line with influencer content
Work with a 3rd party agency for some Paid Social work
Manage social media budget
Support the Digital and Ecommerce Manager with wider Digital Marketing responsibilities and act as their "Number 2"
Candidate criteria:
Proven experience with successful results working across Facebook, TikTok and Instagram
Previous experience with Paid Social is advantageous but not essential
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Ability to work well across multiple brands in a fast paced commercial sector
Fun and confident nature
A real passion for Social Media and the products
Strong experience in market research and market trends and staying ahead of the curve
Experience working with large consumer brands
