PA/Team AdminSalary - £ Competitive day rate and bonus scheme
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced PA/Team Admin assistant to join our client, a large global brand based in Chertsey.
This is a great opportunity to work within The People Team to support our clients People Director and the rest of the team where required.
PA/Team Admin Responsibilities
Diary management for People Director
Manage diary invites and agendas for regular People Team Meetings
Liaison with the PAs of the CEO, Europe Office, CFO & VPs and point of contact for the PA community
Travel arrangements to include flights, accommodation, car bookings, itineraries etc
Arranging team off sites & meetings both internally and externally to include arrangement of meeting rooms, catering etc
Restaurant bookings and lunch/dinner meeting arrangements for events
Compiling and submitting of all expenses for Director and Leadership Team
Management of Invoices for the People Team (reconciliation, submission for payment to the Shared Service Centre , record keeping for accounting and chasing as required
Support to specific teams if required including payments/invoices for the Reward team
Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
Manage People Team Birthdays
Be responsible for ordering baby gifts for all permanent colleagues who have recently become parents
Own the typing, copying, scanning & filing of all documents
Manage and support visitors
Collate and manage edits for Colleague Handbook
PA/Team Admin Key Competencies
Experience of working as a PA at a senior level
Ability to work on own initiative without supervision
Proficient/advance level MS
Excellent use of English language, both written and verbal
Excellent grammar, good communication skills via email
High attention to detail along with a high level of accuracy
Experience working in a fast paced environment dealing with constant change
