Job summary
Commercial Property and Facilities ManagerWe are looking for a Commercial property/facilities manager with 5 to 10 years experience, with a proven track record of managing a commercial property portfolio and being a significant part of a team so doing. This role can be office based in Tenbury or Remote, with flexibility required to commute to sites around the UK on a routine basis.
You will be responsible for medium sized Property Portfolio consisting of 10 mixed commercial buildings encompassing 33 tenants. You will be working with all members of the Property Team to manage the portfolio and its tenants maintaining and improving asset value.
What you can expect:
* Circa £50000 per annum plus bonus
* Monday - Friday, with some flexibility, this is a fully remote role, own transport will be essential to attend sites and company meetings as an when required

What you will be doing:
* Asset Management with a view to maintaining and improving asset value
* Liaising with Tenants on a daily basis, attending tenant meetings and associated licence applications
* Overseeing Rent Reviews and Lease renewals and Dilapidations Claims
* Ensuring timely rent and service charge collection
* Ensuring all properties and Tenants are compliant with Legal and statutory regulations
* Dealing with contract renewals to ensure competitive pricing achieved for service charge
* Ensuring the maintenance of an accurate and up to date property data base enabling the storage and retrieval of documents, records, legal papers and H&S certification.
* Regular review of compliance files, Riskwise and calendars to ensure all are up to date
* Undertake regular property inspections and audits
* Assist with the setup and review of policies required for the management process
* Assisting with the service charge process in CRM, company policies and service charge budgets
* Organising the structure needed to implement to ensure RICS practice statements and guidance are complied with
What we are looking for:
* Minimum of 5-year experience in a property management role, managing commercial property portfolio
* Degree level / MRICS accreditation and ISOSH qualified
* Must be highly organised with the ability to work autonomously
* A proven track record in Property Management with a Strong focus safety ethos and ability to keep up to date with legislation changes
* Have strong verbal and numerical abilities, well presented with excellent communication skills
* Excellent time management and general organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure
