Job summary
Responsible for the design, implementation and monitoring of internal controls along with establishing appropriate accounting policies during a period of rapid growth. Lead Management reporting initiatives and adherence to Group reporting deadlines and requirements. Owner of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP / budget) and forecasting processes. Maintenance of accurate costing structures within the ERP to allow detail margin analysis on product lines and use this data to support the existing management team make strategic decisions and drive profitability. Maintain compliance with all accounting, tax, insurance and other regulatory bodies. Key point of contact on site for all finance related matters. Be hands-on and develop the finance function from the ground up defining the orders-to-cash (O2C), purchase-to-pay (P2P) and record-to-report (R2R) cycles. Management and development of existing finance team member.Responsibilities:
* Establish and develop the finance function including the management and development of existing team member.
* Define key processes across the O2C, P2P and R2R cycles. Identify areas for areas for internal control improvements and implement.
* Establish appropriate Management reporting, margin analysis and inventory reporting. Use this information to support Management in their decision making process and identify areas for improvement.
* Adherence to Group reporting timetable for month, quarter and year end closing and follow IRX process by leading the annual AOP and quarterly forecasting cycles. Play a key role helping set targets for quarterly IDMs
* Monitor and manage working capital to ensure the Company grows sustainably.
* Adherence to all statutory compliance requirements (financial reporting, corporation tax, VAT etc).

Qualifications:
* Relevant accounting qualification (CIMA / ACCA or equivalent) and membership to respective body.
* Fluent in English language
