Job summary
Assembly Line Supervisor required for my client based in Edenbridge, Kent, who work within the power products manufacturing and engineering industry.The successful assembly line supervisor will need to have proven team leader and project management skills, in an engineering environment.
Assembly Line Supervisor Position Overview
As supervisor, you will be directly involved in the managing, planning and production of the companies' power rectifier assemblies, managing a team of 2/3 assembly engineers.
Working to ISO9001:2015.
Assemble, wire and rectifier assemblies and associated products as a control panel builder.
Assembly Line Supervisor Position Requirements
Electrical qualifications and/or panel building experience preferred.
Electro/mechanical experience with a neat and careful method of work is essential.
Must be able to use pneumatic & power tools.
Previous experience as an electrical technician / fitter, panel builder and wireman.
Worked within electronics and mechanical engineering.
Proven team leader and project management skills.
Excellent communication skills and is computer literate.
Based within a commutable distance of Edenbridge, Kent.
Full UK driving licence is beneficial.
Assembly Line Supervisor Position Remuneration
Salary - £13phr to £15phr - dependent upon experience, skills and qualifications.
Full time position - Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 16:00pm and Friday 07:30am to 15:15pm.
Single shift (38 hours + overtime).
20 days holiday package + bank holidays.
