Mechanical Maintenance / Install Project Manager* Berkshire
* M&E Contractor
* Permanent Position
Our client is an established M&E Contractor who have been trading for over 15 years, they operate within the Commercial, Leisure, Education, High End Resi and Industrial sectors.
They are currently looking for a Mechanical Maintenance / Install Project Manager to be based out of their Berkshire offices covering London and the South.
The work is generally maintenance, reactive call outs and projects. Clients vary but mainly looking after large business parks, offices, medical centres and retail customers, projects can vary from as little as £150 right up to £500k, so ideally someone who has worked in this environment previously.
* The project manager will be expected to attend the customer sites to carry out survey's for then issuing quotations.
* Estimating from £150.00 up to £500,000
* Liaising with clients
* Procuring materials and sub-contractors
* Project Management from small reactive jobs, call outs and managing projects from £150.00 up to £500k
* Managing Employees, Sub-Contractors & Agency Labour
* H&S including RAMS.
* Financially responsible for all of their own work including variations.
* Completing O&M Manuals and overseeing all commissioning certifications
Must have a broad knowledge of the following:
* VRF, AC systems
* Ventilation systems
* Heating systems and commercial boiler rooms and calorifiers
* Drainage, rainwater
* Leak detection systems
* Vented and Unvented systems
* Cold and hot water including pressurised and pumped.
Package
* £53,000.00 - £60,000.00 per year plus Bonus
* 20 days holiday plus shutdown over Christmas (up to an additional 4 days) maximum in the first year 32 days including bank holidays
* Hours of work vary which contract will state, however normally from 8.00am - 5.00pm. There may be times when required to setup projects outside these hours, this is unusable but may occur
* Company pension based on 5%
* Company mileage paid at 45 pence per mile (Own Vehicle Required)
