If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!As a leading player in the Engineering Services industry, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions with a commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability. As the company continues to grow, the Operations Director is searching for a dynamic SHEQ Manager to join the senior team.
A key focus is to take responsibility for maintaining accreditations, processes and procedures, rolling these out across a continually growing UK-wide group of businesses.
Key Responsibilities as SHEQ Manager will be to: -
Maintain and build on current accreditations.
Create SOP's for all business activities, the majority of which are extracted remotely at customer locations.
Build a digital platform that will be used for SHEQ compliance across the group.
Develop, implement, and manage SHEQ programs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential hazards.
Collaborate with project teams to integrate SHEQ requirements into engineering processes.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement in safety, health, environment, and quality performance.The successful candidate will: -
Proven experience as a SHEQ Manager within the Engineering Services sector.
In-depth knowledge of relevant safety, health, environmental, and quality regulations and standards.
Ideally hold a qualification in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.On offer: -
