Job summary
Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ a Centre Manager to lead, manage and motivate the parts sales team at our Parts Plus site in Slough. Previous experience within a management role in an automotive parts department would be very advantageous but not a requirement. This position is offered on a full-time permanent basis paying up to £45,000 with an OTE of £60,000.Why Allen Motor Group?

Key Duties and Responsibilities
The Centre Manager is responsible for the overall running of the site and the successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate the following skills and duties:
Ensuring the achievement of KPIs and targets set out by Parts Plus
Effectively recruiting and inducting new staff
Coaching and developing staff, including leading regular 1-1s
Managing compliance to brand standards and Allen Motor Group expectations
Ensuring compliance to all Health and Safety procedures
Managing the customer experience to achieve and maintain the highest level of satisfaction
