Job Title: Health and Social Care Trainer / Assessor

Location: Home/Field based - Must be flexible with travel across North West / Yorkshire / Midlands

Salary: £28,000

Package: Excellent Benefits Package, Pension, Expenses + much more

Type: Full Time, Permanent

Essential Criteria:
Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA
Ideally have experience of delivering full Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care - though this is not essential, as our client can train you up!
Must have occupational competency at Management level within an Elderly care environment.
Full, clean, UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
Must be flexible with travel.Duties include:
Assess and support a caseload of learners working towards Health and Social Care Apprenticeships up to Level 5.
Support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English.
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews and meetings are conducted.
Conduct online video meetings and training sessions with learners.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Support, advise and motivate learners.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learners needs. Please note:
