Role Overview:
As a Coffee Machine Service, Maintenance, and Repair Engineer, you will be an integral member of our client's team, entrusted with ensuring the impeccable functionality and performance of their state-of-the-art coffee machines.
Your duties will span a wide spectrum, from managing service call outs and preventive maintenance to conducting installations, repairs, and providing comprehensive training to client staff. Your meticulous attention to detail and technical proficiency will play a key role in enhancing the coffee experience for clients.
Responsibilities:
-Respond faster than a barista's espresso shot to service call outs, vanquishing technical troubles.
-Enchant coffee machines with preventive maintenance spells to ensure perpetual perfection.
-Work your installation magic, placing machines with precision and care.
Conquer repairs like a true coffee warrior, restoring machines to their coffee-crafting glory.
-Infuse client staff with your potion-making skills through comprehensive training sessions.
