Internal Sales Engineer Evesham Permanent Full Time Salary up to £32,000 per annum DOE Are you a mechanical engineer looking to down tools and move into an office environment where you will be quoting customers, speaking to engineers, occasionally creating CAD drawings and giving an excellent all round customer experience. If this is you and you have working knowledge of CAD, this role working for our client in Evesham who are a small engineering company that has been successfully operating for over four decades, catering to a diverse range of sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a well-established organisation with a solid reputation in the industry. The Internal Sales Engineer day to day duties are as follows:
* Make accurate price estimates by looking at technical drawings and talking to engineers and experts. Think about things like money exchange rates and shipping fees.
* Talk to customers and suppliers using email and phone to answer questions, share news, and work together well.
* Occasionally create CAD drawings for reverse engineering applications, which will serve as manufacturing drawings
* Keep in touch with customers and suppliers to give them the right information at the right time.
* Utilising CAD and CRM systems every day to manage and keep track of projects.
* Visit clients sometimes to build good relationships and give them great service.
The successful Internal Sales Engineer will have the following skills/experience:
* A degree in mechanical engineering or something similar
* Proficiency in working with CAD platforms, although training can be provided if necessary.
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
* Self-motivated with a strong commercial awareness to identify and seize business opportunities.
