Job summary
OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Facilities Manager to join the team of a new residential estate, including offerings in retail & commercial. As the Assistant Facilities Manager, you will play a pivotal role in assisting on the delivery of Estates Management, ensuring the highest standards of Health and Safety compliance and managing the Maintenance & Engineering teams.
Your responsibilities will be:
* Establish and maintain positive relationships with residents, suppliers, and contractors.
* Monitor and evaluate contractor performance using agreed KPIs and performance meetings.
* Lead initiatives to enhance service delivery and ensure full life cycle for equipment.
* Manage planned maintenance, perform inspections, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

The right candidate will be:

* Certified in IOSH with strong contract management skills.
* Skilled in performance tracking, prioritization, and staff management.
The budget for this role is up to £45,000, including a wide range of perks & benefits.
