Job summary
Project Support Administrator - Part time, 25 to 30 hours - Salary up to £26,000 pro rataAre you currently looking for a fast paced, interesting and busy new role working for a well established, family run business in Fordingbridge?
The role will involve working to support the business across various UK wide construction projects to ensure delivery is on time, within agreed cost and of the correct quality standard.
Duties will include:
* Coordinating and liaising with clients, architects, planners and various other professionals
* Setting up new projects, reviewing and checking information and working closely with project consultants
* Gathering and collating all necessary information from clients as required
* Organise site visits and meetings and collate supporting material requited by the project consultant to attend a site
* Prepare relevant MS Word report templates for Project Consultants
* Accurately proofread and cross-reference reports/documents and plans
* Managing on-going, non-technical communications, responding to initial queries from clients and updating project activity records
* Transmitting final reports / documentation and plans to clients when signed off/instructed by Consultants
* Preparing and issuing invoices to clients
* Answering the telephone, assisting callers where possible, directing calls as appropriate to colleagues and taking accurate messages
* Assisting Officer Manager / Senior Administrator with general administrative tasks as requested when workloads permit or require
Your Background
* IT competency in MS Word and Excel, database experience would be useful
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a flexible, friendly, positive, proactive and solution driven approach are essential
* An ability to remain calm, strong organisational skills and an eye for detail are all essential skills to succeed in this role
Experience within a similar role is preferred, but the company is happy to invest and train someone with the right aptitude and encourage training of new or improvement of existing relevant skills.
Salary is £25,000 - £26,000 per annum pro rata
