Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for Building & Facilities Coordinator who will manage a shared office building, ensuring that all tenant queries, issues or complaints are handled professionally.
You will meet and greet all visitors and tenants at the main reception desk, you will ensure security of the building is in place at all times including all entry points and the car park. You will be responsible for promoting the managed office facilities (including meeting rooms), you will develop and produce marketing collateral, show potential tenants around the building, negotiating rates and contracts. You will ensure that the building is always fit for purpose, manage maintenance/cleaning issues and ensure these are escalated promptly. Youll be responsible for purchasing and all finances for tenants. You will create invoices and chase payment when necessary.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential, you will be skilled in all aspects of building management, you will have outstanding customers service skills and be well placed to promote the site to internal and external customers to increase and protect revenue.
