Job summary
Our client, who is based on the out skirts of Portsmouth is keen to find a driven Business Development Manager to create both new relationships and be point of contact for sales with ongoing clients to maximise on the business that these accounts bring.This role will include client visits, attending exhibitions and events promoting the company in all areas and products they can produce.
You will be following both warm and new leads, maintaining contact with lapsed clients and some account management - you must be comfortable in all aspects of sales via phone, face to face and online means.
This is a company who rewards hard work and with a very generous, achievable, uncapped commission structure.
You must
Be driven in nature, tenacious and keen to reach achievable KPIs
Excellent sales experience in B2B sectors ideally
Be able to sell and introduce products to both large and small sized potential clients and deal with decision makers negotiating pricing and closing deals
Excellent communicator with ability to adapt to the person they are speaking with
Confident using inhouse CRM and computer systems
Be able to drive and have a vehicle to attend local meetings as required

9am 5pm
Salary - £27,500 basic + Uncapped Commission
