Primary Supply Teachers Urgently Needed Across Lincolnshire - Start JanuarySimply Education are seeking passionate and engaging primary supply teachers to work on a day-to-day basis in primary schools in Boston and the surrounding areas from January 2023. We are also currently recruiting for short and long term supply positions in Boston.
As a primary supply teacher, you will:
Deliver excellent lessons across a range of subjects to classes from Reception to Year 6
Inspire and motivate young children through your teaching
Use effective behavior and classroom management strategies
Differentiate activities to meet all students' needs
Provide mentorship and support to improve student outcomes
Follow school policies, procedures and safeguarding measures
To be considered for this role, you must have:
QTS and experience teaching in UK primary schools
Excellent classroom management and organisation skills
The ability to quickly establish rapport with new students
Enthusiasm, energy and flexibility
