It's our people that set us apart from the rest and we're looking for an exceptional person to join our team as a Transport Manager, overseeing our operations centre.
Getting our customers to and from the airport efficiently, safely and on time is our bread and butter, and that's where you come in.
We are looking for a highly organised and methodical individual who has developed a career in passenger transport operations. You will take the lead in liaising and developing relationships with our maintenance providers and our vehicle suppliers to ensure we always have a safe, compliant and effective fleet of vehicles for our customers to travel on.
From making sure fuel deliveries are on time to coaching and educating our team of drivers on best practice and innovation in the bus business, it's all in a day's work for our Transport Managers. You will be responsible for ensuring we stay up to date with the latest legislation and, together with our Site Management team, ensuring that our drivers are safe, engaged and proud to drive their vehicles.
Thriving under pressure, you'll be working across multiple teams who'll need your expertise and support to make sure that we're always doing our best. Your previous experience in a fast-paced passenger transport role means you'll be a confident self-starter who's able to identify potential issues and adapt how you work to get the job done.
Ideally, you will have a passenger transport background, together with O licence CPC qualifications. Just as important to us is the right person - a confident communicator who's flexible, pays attention to detail and is always willing to learn. You'll be a key part of our Transport team and we'll do all we can to support you and help you grow.
