Job Summary:
Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Supervisor, the Purchase Ledger Clerk will be responsible for delivering agreed objectives in their area of responsibility and ensuring that our service meets the required standards with both internal and external customers. You will be responsible for processing invoices for the business. Located in Leicester the role will be a hybrid role of office and home working.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Data input is a must
Matching, batching and coding of invoice
Volume processing of Stock PO and Non Stock invoices
Reconciliation of accounts
Managing supplier account queries in an efficient and accurate manner
Ad hoc duties as and when require
Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role is essential
System experience is essential
