My client is an international electricity and gas company and one of the largest investor-owned Energy company in the world. They are currently looking for a Contracts Administrator on a 6-month contract based from home with twice to three times per week requirement in the office.

Role Purpose:

As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting contract managers in delivering robust and fit for purpose connection contracts and facilitating the customer journey in connecting low carbon technology to power the country. From huge wind farms in Scotland to solar farms in Skegness - you'll be directly involved in tackling climate change by transitioning GB's electricity system to net zero.

As part of the Connections team, you will help to build relationships with customers, understand their requirements and deliver the commercial aspects of a connection by developing solutions that meet the needs of the business and customer requirements.

With the ESO leading on a number of initiatives to improve the connections process you will play a key part in ensuring the latest industry legislation is reflected in the contracts we hold with customers.

You will need to be resilient, have experience delivering to tight timescales and be comfortable working in an environment of change as we move towards net zero by 2050.

You'll be based in Warwick and can enjoy our hybrid working from office and home. We are open to full time and part time applicants and are able to offer flexible working arrangements.

Key Accountabilities:

Updating connection agreements to reflect the new terms and clauses that have been developed as part of the tactical initiatives and other industry changes.
Producing connection offers for customers ensuring quality outputs with a high level of attention to detail.
Helping to manage contractual risk and develop solutions to deliver the most value, balancing the needs of the ESO, customer and end consumer.
Assist contract managers in providing a high-quality service to our customers by responding to customer queries and escalations.
Monitor the progress of customer connections against the contracted milestones.
Skills, Experience and Technical Know How:

Highly computer literate with experience of using all standard MS Office applications such as: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Knowledge of how to use O365 and particularly MS SharePoint.
Prior experience of working with CRM systems such as MS Dynamics or Salesforce.
Previous experience working in a customer facing or contract management role would be beneficial.
Experience of working in the electricity industry with an appreciation of the codes and governance structures associated with it would be advantageous but not essential.
If you think you have the experience and knowledge, please apply with your CV right now for instant consideration!

TO APPLY - PLEASE REPLY WITH AN UP-TO-DATE CV

Candidates will ideally show evidence of the above in their CV in order to be considered.
