We are looking for a passionate Year 5 Teacher to join their dedicated team and maintain the high standards of education during a maternity cover period.
Key Responsibilities: As a Year 4 Teacher, your role will include:
Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons that align with the national curriculum.
Student Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active student participation and enthusiasm for learning.
Assessment: Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback and support as needed.
Parental Engagement: Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians to ensure a collaborative educational experience.
Classroom Management: Create a well-organised and stimulating learning environment conducive to student success.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to share ideas and best practices.Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualifications.
Previous experience teaching in a primary school setting, ideally with Year 4 students.
A strong passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
