Job summary
A growing firm that values its people and its customers and firmly believes in a work-life balance is looking for a home-based Business Development Manager. This is a consultative role selling a range of contract services to mid-level accounts across Hampshire, Surrey, and Wiltshire.Along with a basic salary of £42,000 per annum, you will receive uncapped commission (OTE £60,000), a company car with fuel card, realistic targets, and support from a central Telesales team.
As Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Selling a variety of workplace contract solutions into local and regional businesses with multisite coverage
Identifying mid-level account opportunities for regional customers within the South East area being activity orientated to achieve the defined targets
Negotiating and closing new business contracts
Proactively working alongside a team of Field Sales Executives
