Are you an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant eager to become part of a dynamic Special Educational Needs (SEN) team? Are you driven to improve the educational journey for children encountering learning difficulties?
Your job will involve tasks like providing one-on-one support for a year 6 students in numeracy and literacy, managing classroom behaviour based on the school's behaviour policy, and ensuring equal learning opportunities for all students. You'll also establish strong relationships with students and colleagues.

***Working one to one with a Year 6 pupil with ADHD
***Immediate Start (Long-term position)
***£80 - £95 per day, based on experience
***Monday to Friday (8:30 - 3:30) term-time only

Requirements for the Learning Support Assistant role:
Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant, ideally in a mainstream or Special Educational Needs (SEN) environment.
Knowledge of any of the following is a plus: Autism awareness, Makaton, PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System).
Openness to participate in training covering topics like safeguarding, medication administration, and first aid.
A keen enthusiasm for working in demanding yet fulfilling circumstances.
