JOB TITLE: Temporary to Permanent Administrator - Immediate StartLOCATION: Highbridge (due to the location of the role you will need to have full access to transport)
HOURLY RATE: £12.00 per hour
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week initially with the flexibility to increase hours depending on business levels

A dedicated consultant as an additional layer of supportTHE ROLE: Office Angels are currently supporting a family founded business who have over 15 years' industry expertise experience who are seeking a well-organised and enthusiastic individual to join their team. Ideally the successful candidate would have an interest or prior experience within agriculture. This is initially a temporary role with the view to become permanent after 12 weeks, starting in January.
KEY DUTIES:
Meeting and greeting customers
Assisting with queries
Answering calls and taking messages
Processing orders
Taking payments
Processing invoices
Adding new customer accounts onto the system
Other administration duties to ensure smooth running of the businessTo be successful in this role you must have strong IT skills with knowledge of all Microsoft Packages, a professional and polite telephone manner, the ability to learn new skills, adaptable well to different environments and the eagerness to excel within a welcoming and friendly team, working for a company who really value their staff.
