Hooray are proud to be supporting a well-established domiciliary care organisation in the recruitment for a Care Coordinator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

As a Care Coordinator you will:
Ensure all care plan reviews, spot checks and daily activities are kept up to date duties
Attend care calls when the needs arise due to staff sickness, holidays and days off
Ensure all client information is updated accurately and efficiently maintaining confidentiality
Schedule rota's and ensure all staff days off are facilitated
To be successful as a Care Coordinator you will:
Hold an NVQ level 2 or 3
Have a full UK drivers license
Own clear communication skills with the ability to work well within a team
Be happy to work one weekend a month
In return, my client is offering an annual salary of up to £24,000 depending on experience. Please note this is a full-time permanent opportunity.
