Supervisor - Generalist (Facilities Supervisor)Starting Salary: £33,268.27
Location: HMP Highdown
Contract: Full Time - Permanent
We provide critical and time-bound services to the Ministry of Justice and are looking for facilities management professionals that can make a difference to the sites and the people we are responsible for.
We're five years young and growing in the provision of our on site solutions to the prison service and want applicants with:
A solid background in facilities management and a knowledge of software such as Planet FM and Microsoft Office
Planning and project management skills and an ability to drive change, with an ability to search for solutions to seemingly complex issues
An ability to source, organise, induct and direct contractors to undertake works on behalf of the business whilst assessing their competencies and ensuring all necessary security clearances have been obtained
A basic knowledge of HR and Recruitment principles to support interviewing and inducting candidates.
Previous experience managing and leading teams within a facilities environment, with confidence to influence people who are not part of your team
