Salary: £21,000 - £35,000 per annum
Location: North Beds, Hybrid
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-time.
Hours: 37.5 hour working week,
The role
As the Editorial Graphic Designer your role will involve the following important duties:
* Design and produce educational material.
* Text formatting, page layout and proof corrections.
* Layout of pages or screens including printed books, covers, eBooks, interactive PDFs, web screens, apps and social media assets.
* Produce original solutions to books, covers and digital material which can be used as templates.
* Produce realia.
The experience required
As a successful Editorial Graphic Designer, you will have the following:
* Proven graphic design experience within an editorial environment, creating page layouts of long-formatted documents and publications.
* Advanced Adobe InDesign skills.
* Intermediate Photoshop and Illustrator skills plus experience working with the complete Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
* Highly creative with an eye for detail.
* Experience using Macs.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Excellent time management skills.
