Job summary
We are currently looking for a Nursery Manager to join our Sevenoaks nursery. We are looking for a manager with experience of working in a senior capacity in a day nursery setting.Our senior team, who have a wealth of experience (including being Nursery Managers previously themselves) support our Managers fully in their role and ensure that they have all of the support and guidance that they require.
It is very important to us that our Managers have a warm, friendly approach to their staff team, are willing to learn and fully imbed themselves in our ethos of the children being at the heart of every decision that we make.
We try and reduce the amount of paperwork that Managers have to do, so that they can concentrate on the welfare and development of the children. So, recruitment, invoicing, funding and more are all taken care of by our Head Office team.
All of the Senior Teams (including Room Leaders) are given full Leadership Training and we only employ warm, friendly staff all of which makes managing our staff teams much easier than it is elsewhere. Our recent staff survey to our 250+ staff across the company showed that 98% of staff enjoy their roles with us.
Please note that our current Nursery Manager is due to go on maternity leave soon but this is a permanent role.
Hours 7.15am-6.15pm four days per week. The nursery building is beautiful (and air conditioned), the staff team are lovely and we will support you fully. If you like the sound of all of that and think that you could be a good fit to manage our nursery, please apply and we will take it from there
