Are you a sales superstar with experience in advertising and a passion for history? If so, Lisa Wright Recruitment have the perfect opportunity for you!We're currently on the lookout for an Advertising Sales Manager to join our reputable Lincolnshire based client. You will help grow revenue across their historic portfolio of brands. As the Advertising Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a strategy to drive commercial revenue, representing the company at a senior client level, and communicating the depth and strength of their brand portfolio to meet clients' marketing needs.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Delivering all advertising revenue across your brand portfolio
Proposing advertising budgets, costs, prices, and individual sales targets
Maximising sales revenue to meet and exceed agreed targets
Developing all brand-related revenue streams (print and digital)
Managing, developing, motivating, and creating team spirit
Developing strong relationships with customers to achieve greater loyalty
Collaborating across all areas of the business
To be successful in this role, we're looking for someone who has:
Experience in advertising sales management
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Excellent communication skills
The ability to manage teams effectively
An entrepreneurial mindset
A passion for history
